These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the EverLink necklace, the companion app, and the EverLink Identification Code (ELID). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the EverLink website and app only for lawful purposes. By purchasing or using EverLink:

  • You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse our hardware, software, or services.
  • Your ELID (an 8-digit alphanumeric code) is unique to your EverLink accessory and must be kept secure.
  • You are responsible for the content you link to your EverLink product (e.g., photos, webpages).
  • You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

3. User Content

  • Ownership: You own any content you upload or link through your EverLink product.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or contain inappropriate material.
  • Usage Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict or disable EverLink products connected to content deemed illegal, harmful, or inappropriate.

4. Account Security

  • Your EverLink account and ELID must be safeguarded. Do not share your ELID or account credentials.
  • You are responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Misuse of the EverLink hardware, software, or app.
  • Unauthorized access or loss of linked data.
  • Downtime or service interruptions.


6. Limited Warranty

Coverage:
EverLink by LXLabs Co. provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Unique Design Note:
Each EverLink product features hand-poured resin, creating subtle variations that make every piece one of a kind. These natural differences in appearance, such as patterns or shading, are intentional and not considered defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in the EverLink pendant, keychain, or NFC chip caused by manufacturing errors.
  • Malfunctions in the NFC functionality that prevent the product from working as intended.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration from regular use.
  • Variations in the resin design due to the custom hand-pouring process.
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, water exposure, or modifications to the product.
  • Issues arising from misuse of the EverLink app or third-party interference.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@lxlabsco.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. If eligible, you may be asked to return the product for inspection.
  3. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty remedies are exclusive and limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
